Do I need a subscription to buy credits?+
No. Anyone can buy a one-time credit pack, including existing subscribers. Pack credits never expire and do not renew automatically. Subscription credits keep their monthly expiry. Credits expiring soonest are used first.
Which plans can I choose from?+
Compare the monthly credit allowance and price of Pro, Plus and Ultra. Choose according to how often you create and the models you use; tools and models remain subject to availability in your account.
Can I explore before choosing a plan?+
Yes. You can browse the studio, its tools, and model settings before choosing a plan. Generation availability is shown in your account.
How do monthly and yearly billing work?+
Monthly plans charge each month. Yearly plans charge the full annual price at once; the monthly equivalent is for comparison only. Annual credits are still issued monthly. Review renewal details at checkout.
How are credits used?+
AI image, video, text and audio generation, plus AI media tools, use credits. Costs vary by model, inputs and settings. Check the quote before submitting; changing settings can change the cost.
How many images or videos can I make?+
There is no fixed number of results per plan. Divide your available credits by the current task quote to estimate how many similar tasks you can submit. Different models and settings can use different amounts.
Which actions use credits?+
Browsing, arranging canvas nodes and local media edits do not use generation credits. AI tools use the displayed quote.
Why is generation unavailable?+
Check sign-in, model availability, required inputs, prompt length, reference limits and your credit balance. The submit control explains missing requirements. Some tools are marked Coming soon and cannot run yet.
When will I receive credits?+
Both monthly and yearly plans issue credits by subscription month, anchored to your order date and time (UTC+8). Monthly payments fund one month; yearly payments fund 12 monthly grants. Missing dates fall on the last day of the month. Late payment confirmation does not extend an expired credit window.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly and yearly subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription month and do not roll over, even if the next payment has not arrived. Credits from other sources retain their own expiry rules.
What if I run out of credits?+
Buy a one-time credit pack whenever you need more credits. Subscribers can top up without changing their subscription.
Can I change plans or switch to yearly billing?+
To change an existing plan or switch from monthly to yearly billing, contact support first. Confirm the available options, when the change takes effect, and any price difference before paying.
Which payment methods are available?+
Payments are handled through Waffo checkout. Available payment methods are shown there and may vary by region. Confirm the payment method, total, and billing cycle before paying.
How can I cancel my subscription?+
Use the Waffo subscription portal with the email you entered at checkout to manage renewal and cancellation. Canceling renewal on an annual plan preserves the remaining monthly credit grants in the paid year; unused grants still expire as scheduled. Manage Waffo subscriptions & receipts ↗
Are credits returned if generation fails?+
Credits are deducted when you submit. Confirmed failure without a result returns the reserved credits; partial delivery returns the unused portion according to the task pricing. Processing or unconfirmed tasks keep their credits reserved. Returned credits retain their original expiry, so expired credits do not become available again.
Where can I see my remaining credits?+
After signing in, you can see your available credits at the top of the page. Open the account menu and choose Credit history to view spending, task status, and returned credits.
