Service and scope
mifanai provides AI image, video, text, and audio tools, projects, assets, a canvas, and optional sharing. Models, inputs, outputs, and account access depend on the actual interface. These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Sharing rules. This version does not retroactively change existing transactions or permissions.
年龄与账户
服务面向 16 岁及以上用户。未达到所在地成年年龄的用户须在监护人知情同意和监督下使用，并在购买前取得监护人对费用和自动续费的同意。未满 16 岁不得使用。请提供准确账户资料，保护登录凭据，并及时报告未经授权的访问。不得通过多个账号、冒用身份或绕过限制滥用服务。
Age and accounts
You must be at least 16. Users below the age of majority where they live must have a guardian’s informed consent and supervision, including consent to charges and automatic renewal before a purchase. Users under 16 may not use the service. Keep account details accurate, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not abuse the service through multiple accounts, impersonation, or circumvention.

邮箱注册时，以及 Google 登录或已有账号首次使用新创作功能前，需要主动确认当前条款、隐私政策、AUP、退款政策和年龄状态；未成年人还须声明已取得监护人同意和监督。我们保存账号关联、政策版本与摘要、确认时间、年龄段、声明及来源，不收集用于该确认的出生日期或身份证件。该机制记录用户声明，不代表已经核验真实年龄或监护人身份。账户确认仅需完成一次，后续登录、功能更新和政策版本更新不再弹出重复确认；原始确认记录保留当时的政策版本，不会自动改记为对新版本的同意。本地审阅版本的确认不会替代正式发布版本的授权。
User declarations and records
Email registration and first use of new creation features by Google or existing accounts require an active confirmation of the current Terms, Privacy Policy, AUP, Refund Policy, and age status. Minors must also declare guardian consent and supervision. We retain an account reference, policy version and digests, confirmation time, age band, declarations, and source, without collecting a date of birth or identity document for this flow. This records a declaration, not verification of actual age or guardian identity. Account confirmation is completed once; later sign-ins, feature updates, and policy-version updates do not prompt for confirmation again. The original receipt retains the policy version accepted at that time and is not automatically rewritten as acceptance of a new version. A local review confirmation does not replace authorization to a published version.

mifanai 是独立产品，不是所列模型厂商的官方应用，也不因展示模型名称而获得其背书。生成界面列明所选模型，任务可能通过第三方模型服务商或 API 渠道处理。生成结果由 AI 产生，可能不准确、不完整或与他人结果相似；使用或发布前应自行检查。平台不保证结果独占、适合特定用途、无侵权或当然可以商用。
Models and generated results
mifanai is an independent product, not an official app of the listed model providers. Listing a model does not imply endorsement. The generation interface identifies the selected model; requests may be processed through third-party model providers or API channels. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to others’ results. Review them before use or publication. We do not guarantee exclusivity, suitability for a particular purpose, freedom from infringement, or automatic commercial-use rights.
订阅、付款与自动续费
真实支付开放后，付款由 Waffo Pancake 处理。已开放方案的价格、含税总额、币种和计费周期会在价格页及结账时显示。月付按月扣款，年付一次支付全年总价；折合月价不是按月扣款。订阅按所选周期自动续费，直至取消；价格页在购买按钮旁明确告知应付总额、续费周期和取消方式；点击“同意并订阅”即同意服务条款、退款政策并授权上述自动续费，无需另行勾选。我们保存相应套餐、价格、币种、周期、积分规则、告知文案与版本、按钮授权方式、政策版本及服务器接收授权的时间，供查询和处理争议；未成年购买还须声明已获得监护人对费用及续费的同意。支付待确认或收银台回跳不代表付款成功，以经核验的交易结果为准。一次性积分包无需订阅，仅收取页面显示的一次性金额，不自动续费；点击“同意并付款”即接受服务条款和退款政策。当前不承诺无限生成、自动升级降级或免费试用。
Subscriptions, payments, and renewal
When live payments are available, Waffo Pancake processes payments. Available plan prices, tax-inclusive totals, currency, and billing periods appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Monthly plans charge monthly; annual plans charge the full annual amount upfront. An equivalent monthly price is not monthly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until canceled; the pricing page clearly states the total, renewal cycle, and cancellation method beside the purchase button. Clicking “Agree & subscribe” accepts the Terms and Refund Policy and authorizes the recurring charges shown, without a separate checkbox. We record the plan, price, currency, billing cycle, credit rules, notice text and version, button-authorization method, policy version, and server receipt time for review and disputes. Minor purchasers must also declare guardian consent to the charges and renewal. A pending payment or checkout redirect does not prove success; verified transaction results control. One-time credit packs require no subscription, charge only the displayed one-time total, and do not renew automatically. Clicking “Agree & pay” accepts the Terms and Refund Policy. No unlimited generation, automatic plan changes, or free trials are promised.
积分发放、有效期与消耗
月付和年付均按订阅月发放积分，以订单日期和时间（UTC+8）为基准；月付支持一个月，年付分 12 个月发放，不会一次到账全年积分。每个订阅月结束时，未用套餐积分到期清零且不结转；不存在的日期取该月最后一天。一次性积分包在付款核验后一次到账，购买积分不过期，取消订阅不影响其余额；优先使用先到期的积分。退款仍可按退款金额回收对应积分。其他来源积分按各自注明的有效期处理。积分用于本站服务，不是现金或可转让货币。任务提交前展示积分报价，提交后预留；成功部分结算，确认失败且未交付部分释放。未确定结果的任务可能继续保留预留积分。返还积分不延长原有效期，也不等于银行卡退款。
Credit grants, expiry, and usage
Monthly and annual plans both grant credits by subscription month, anchored to the order date and time (UTC+8). A monthly payment funds one month; an annual payment funds 12 monthly grants, not an upfront annual credit balance. Unused plan credits expire at each subscription month’s end without rollover; missing dates fall on the month’s last day. One-time pack credits are granted once after payment verification, never expire, and are unaffected by subscription cancellation. Credits expiring soonest are used first. Refunds may still revoke the corresponding credits. Other credit sources keep their stated expiry rules. Credits are service units, not cash or transferable currency. A quote appears before submission; credits are reserved on submission, settled for delivery, and released for confirmed undelivered failures. Uncertain tasks may keep reservations. Returned credits retain their original expiry and are not a card refund.
取消与退款
使用付款邮箱登录价格页链接的 Waffo 订阅门户，取消后续自动续费；应在下一次扣款前完成并确认门户状态。取消不自动退还已付费用。取消年付续费不终止已付年度内剩余的每月积分发放，但各月积分仍按期到期。首次购买后 7 天内且未使用本次购买积分，可按退款政策申请退款。其他交易问题、适用法律规定的权利及退款后的积分处理，见退款政策。
Cancellation and refunds
Use your checkout email to access the Waffo subscription portal linked from the pricing page and cancel future renewal. Complete cancellation before the next charge and confirm its status in the portal. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Canceling annual renewal preserves remaining monthly grants in the paid year, subject to each grant’s expiry. You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if no credits from that purchase have been used. See the Refund Policy for other transaction issues, mandatory legal rights, and credit handling after a refund.
内容权利与公开分享
你保留对输入和输出依法享有的权利，并应确保上传、生成和公开使用素材已取得必要授权。你授予平台完成请求所需的存储、处理和传输权限。素材默认私有；公开分享另行确认，具体授权和撤回方式见分享规则。分享不自动向其他用户授予再创作或商用许可。不得侵犯他人的肖像、声音、隐私、版权或商标权。不得上传未经被摄者或声音本人同意的第三方真人照片、录音；拥有文件或取得摄影版权不等同于取得当事人同意。
Content rights and sharing
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in inputs and outputs and must obtain permissions needed to upload, generate from, or publish material. You permit storage, processing, and transmission needed to fulfill your requests. Assets are private by default; public sharing requires separate confirmation under the Sharing rules. Sharing does not automatically license others to remix or commercialize content. Respect likeness, voice, privacy, copyright, and trademark rights. Do not upload a third party’s real-person photograph or voice recording without that person’s consent. Possessing a file or a photographer’s copyright does not establish the depicted person’s consent.
禁止行为与服务限制
不得违反可接受使用政策、攻击服务、窃取数据、绕过安全限制或从事欺诈。对可核实的违规，平台可按实际具备的权限移除公开作品、限制相关功能或停用账号，并允许通过客服申诉。不会以本条款承诺尚未实现的全面自动审核，也不以笼统的处罚条款自动没收全部已付余额。退款和法定权利按相应规则处理。
Prohibited uses and restrictions
Do not violate the Acceptable Use Policy, attack the service, steal data, circumvent safeguards, or commit fraud. For substantiated violations, we may remove public works, restrict relevant features, or disable accounts using available controls, with appeals through support. These Terms do not promise comprehensive automated moderation that has not been implemented, or impose blanket automatic forfeiture of all paid balances. Refunds and mandatory rights remain subject to the applicable rules.
服务变化、责任与争议
模型或第三方服务可能变更或暂时不可用。影响已付权益或数据处理的实质变化应在实施前通过站内通知或账户邮箱告知，不以未公布的新规则追溯减少既有权益。请先联系 [email protected] 处理争议；本条款不排除或限制适用法律不可排除的消费者权利或责任。生效日期和当前版本见页面顶部。
Changes, responsibility, and disputes
Models or third-party services may change or become temporarily unavailable. Material changes affecting paid benefits or data processing should be communicated in-product or to your account email before taking effect; unpublished new rules do not retroactively reduce existing rights. Contact [email protected] about disputes. These Terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability under applicable law.
