1. Prepare a suitable photo
Use a clear photo of one person with the face and hair visible. You do not need to wear a gown or cap in the original. Avoid objects covering the head and leave some space around the face. These templates create a single-person graduation portrait with generic academic attire; a group graduation scene needs a different set of instructions.
2. Pick the right style
Classic cap & gown
For a classic single-person graduation keepsake with a cap, gown and clean backdrop.
Describe the gown color or tassel color. Keep enough space above the head for the entire mortarboard.
Use this template ↗Campus memories
For an outdoor graduation memory with greenery, a courtyard and warm daylight.
Describe a campus-like setting and the time of day. Keep the background generic and avoid text or university logos.
Use this template ↗Studio portrait
For a calm graduation portrait with soft studio light and an uncluttered background.
Choose a background tone and a natural expression. A 4:5 frame gives the cap and shoulders more room.
Use this template ↗Vintage film
For a nostalgic graduation portrait with warm film color and subtle grain.
Adjust the era or grain strength gently. Check facial details, the cap and the tassel before using the result.

3. Choose the framing
The default 4:5 format leaves space for the cap, tassel and shoulders. Choose 1:1 for a commemorative profile picture. Keep the entire mortarboard inside the composition, including its corners. Changing the ratio updates the output setting and the framing instruction, even after editing the template.
4. Adapt the prompt
Open a template in the prompt library. Each one includes a suggested use and an adjustment tip. Change concrete details such as an expression, clothing color or backdrop. Keep the instructions identifying the uploaded subject and avoid asking for incompatible styles in the same edit.
The execution text is in English and can be edited up to 950 characters. Select the ratio separately where offered. Copy includes the selected ratio; Use this template carries your edits to the tool without putting the text in the URL. It does not upload a photo or start generation. You can edit the applied prompt again on the tool page.
Templates ↗5. Upload or paste your photo
Sign in when prompted, then select a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 10 MB. Alternatively, paste one image with ⌘V on Mac or Ctrl+V on Windows. A pasted photo replaces the current source. Ordinary text pasted into a text field remains text; multiple clipboard images are rejected before upload.
Wait until the source preview appears. If the file is unreadable, choose a valid image rather than changing its extension. When signed out, pasting an image opens the account window and does not upload it. Closing that window returns focus to the upload control.
6. Review the price and generate
Review the selected style, ratio and edited prompt before submitting. The tool shows the current credit quote after a photo is uploaded. Changing the prompt, model or ratio requests a new quote. Generation requires enough credits and an available model; a disabled button means the prerequisites are not yet met.
Click Generate once after reviewing the price. The source, style, ratio and prompt are locked while the task is being submitted or processed. Applying a template and requesting a quote do not themselves start a paid generation. Keep the task ID if you need to inspect the run later.
7. Check, save and download
Inspect the face, cap corners, tassel and gown neckline. Check that the cap is not cropped and that academic attire looks plausible. AI can alter facial details, and generic gowns do not prove a particular school or qualification. Describe desired colors in the prompt and review the result yourself.
A completed result appears with a Saved to Assets message. Download it from the result panel, or open Assets to manage it in the default category. During generation, the asset link stays below the preview and can also take you to your account's tasks.
Review the result before using it. A future edited version is a new generation with a new quote; downloading a completed result does not require submitting another task. Your original upload remains separate from the generated asset.
8. Resolve an interrupted task
If the submission receipt is missing, use Confirm the same request. The saved quote and task identity are reused so confirmation does not intentionally create a replacement task. Refreshing the tool or visiting another photo case keeps the pending task associated with its original account and case.
If status checking pauses, use Check task status or open Assets. A temporary connection failure does not establish that the generation failed. Keep checking the original task before starting a replacement. For a confirmed failure, review the task and credit history before trying a revised prompt.
If a price or budget request is rejected before submission, the tool shows the error and clears that rejected pending request. Check the message, account balance and model availability. Re-uploading a photo or trying another prompt should follow an explicit decision, rather than a rapid series of Generate clicks.
