公开范围与单独确认
上传和生成的资产默认私有。主动选择“分享”并勾选公开确认后进入人工待审；审核通过后，作品文件、展示标题、昵称、生成时保存的提示词、列出的引用素材及其文件名会在 /home 及详情公开，未登录访客也可查看。引用素材包含参考图、首尾帧、视频和音频；上传文件没有生成提示词。邮箱、积分流水、私有项目和其他资产不属于公开范围。文件本身可能包含图像、声音或内嵌元数据，请在分享前检查。画布链接分享为独立功能。
Public scope and separate confirmation
Uploaded and generated assets are private by default. After you choose Share and separately confirm publication, the submission awaits manual review. Once approved, the work, public title, display name, saved generation prompt, listed references, and their filenames become public on /home and its detail pages, including to visitors who are not signed in. References include images, first and last frames, video, and audio. Uploads have no generation prompt. Your email, credit records, private projects, and other assets are excluded. Files may contain images, voices, or embedded metadata; inspect them before sharing. Canvas link sharing is a separate feature.

你保留依法享有的权利，并授权 mifanai 为首页案例展示而存储、复制、传输和展示所选内容及其提示词、引用素材。该授权不等于向其他用户授予再创作、商用或其他复用许可，也不意味着平台保证 AI 输出独占、无侵权或适合商用。涉及他人肖像、声音、个人信息、受版权保护内容时，应先取得必要授权；请勿分享隐私、机密、违法、侵权或冒充他人的内容。
Rights, permission, and content responsibility
You retain the rights you legally hold and authorize mifanai to store, copy, transmit, and display the selected content, prompt, and references for the showcase. This does not grant other users a license to remix, commercialize, or otherwise reuse them. The platform does not guarantee that AI outputs are exclusive, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use. Obtain necessary permission before publishing other people's likenesses, voices, personal information, or copyrighted material. Do not share private, confidential, unlawful, infringing, or impersonating content.
取消分享与公开传播
在资产菜单再次打开“分享”，选择“取消分享”即可撤回展示授权并关闭作品、详情和引用素材的后续公开读取。删除作品或任一引用素材也会停止相应分享。取消分享不会删除原私有资产；要重新发布需再次确认。公开内容可能被复制、下载或被搜索引擎收录；平台无法收回他人已经保存的副本或第三方缓存。
Withdrawal and public distribution
Reopen Share in the asset menu and choose Stop sharing to withdraw display permission and close future public access to the work, detail, and references. Deleting the work or any reference also stops the share. Withdrawal does not delete your private assets; publishing again requires a new confirmation. Public content may be copied, downloaded, or indexed by search engines. The platform cannot recall copies already saved by others or third-party caches.

详情页提供“举报作品”，或向 [email protected] 发送作品链接及问题说明。涉及隐私或权利争议时请提供可核实的说明，勿发送无关敏感资料。平台可依据有效投诉或规则移除公开展示、限制违规账户；提交不等于公开；仅审核通过的当前版本可展示，更新内容需重新审核。画布链接分享同样先审后发。为记录公开授权及处理争议，我们保存确认时间、规则版本和当时的公开范围；撤回后必要的授权与安全记录可继续保留。数据访问、更正、导出或删除请求按隐私协议处理。
Reports, removal, and records
Use Report this work on the detail page, or email [email protected] with the work link and a description. Provide verifiable information for privacy or rights concerns without unrelated sensitive data. The platform may remove public display or restrict offending accounts based on valid complaints or these rules. Submission does not mean publication. Only the current approved version may be displayed; updates require review again. Canvas link sharing also requires prior approval. We retain the confirmation time, rule version, and agreed public scope to document permission and handle disputes; necessary consent and security records may remain after withdrawal. Data access, correction, export, and deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy.
FAQ
When does a share become public?
Public sharing requires manual review. Changes must be reviewed again before becoming public.
Are my assets public by default?
No. Uploading or generating media keeps it private. To publish an image, video, or audio file, open Share in its Assets menu, review the notice and preview, then explicitly confirm. Canvas link sharing is separate.
What becomes public when I share a work?
The work, public title, display name, saved generation prompt, and listed reference images, videos, and audio become visible on /home and the detail page, including to visitors who are not signed in. Uploaded files have no generation prompt. Account email, credit records, and unrelated assets are not included.
Can I stop sharing?
Yes. Open Share again in the asset menu and choose Stop sharing. Deleting the work or any listed reference also removes the share from public display. Your other private assets are unaffected. Copies already saved by others cannot be recalled.
Can others reuse a shared work?
Sharing lets others view the work, prompt, and references; it does not grant them a reuse license or transfer your rights. Publish only content you have permission to disclose. To report a rights or privacy concern, use Report this work on the detail page or contact [email protected].
